It is well known that the job-related crimes are not unique phenomenon in China today, job-related crimes is formal in different countries, different periods and form for different reasons. Because our country is being in the social transition period, the socialist market economy is also during the consummation, the regional economies social development is not balanced, the new old system's connection switch, the individual idea's transformation and so on many factors causes our country crime,the struggle situation for the job-related crimes is still stern. Practical work from the prosecution point of view, job-related crimes has become increasingly rampant corruption and bribery in particular, the incidence of type job-related crimes increasing, involving more transition increases and the level of administration involved, tended to increase the implementation of job-related crimes means a more intelligent, more covert, more and more harm to society. The causes of repeated serious situation is very complex, both on the ideological education of public servants and relaxation, there are loopholes in laws and regulations, rules and regulations, as well as supervision and management out of touch. However, deeper analysis of causes, not difficult to find job-related crimes despite repeated prohibitions from state organs, enterprises and Internal Control Mechanism of state-owned companies lacking. The order to control and resolve the root causes of crimes committed, we must start from the internal control to prevent and to prevent such crimes.To further build and perfect the legal system of China's socialist market economy, we should further improve and perfect for our transition to the internal control system of job-related crimes. In this study, form management and law of the double visual angle, we make a comprehensive analysis of the crimes committed in the current situation and development trend of the basis, to explore the deeper causes of job-related crimes. From the perspective of internal control functions to explore the causes of crime and measures for efforts from the state organs, state enterprises set of internal controls, and fundamentally curb corruption, bribery, embezzlement and other job-related crimes, to minimize the social transformation of China in the special period the phenomenon of proliferation of corruption crimes. We suggested that a thorough criminal check by state functionaries of state organs should establish a sound, state-owned enterprises of the company's internal control systems to proceed from the internal governance structure, financial management system, audit system and internal supervision, improve the internal control system. In addition, external support measures should be established in order to deepen and strengthen the effectiveness of internal control. We hope of Occupational Crime and Internal Control in-depth study, which will give us prosecutions and judicial practice related to help provide a theoretical and practical guidance to prevent such crimes from the source, to strengthen national and clean government, to speed up the process of building the Rule of Law for our country.
