China Hotel Group's development began in 1984, the establishment of the Jinjiang Group. After 20 years of development, a large number of hotels appear with a certain scale and strength of the Hotel Group. However, compared with some larger than the international hotel group, there is still a big gap, especially in the brand building.Brand building is not at the quality of the brand decision, and quality assurance depends on the establishment of a comprehensive system of quality standards. Hotel quality standard system, including service quality standards system and the hardware quality standards,for the former, China has carried out a number of hotel groups to explore and study effectively, and achieved initial results. But in terms of hardware quality standard system, there are still many problems. The face of fierce competition from the domestic hotel market, effective channel is to build standardization of hardware hotel brand to enhance the competitiveness of China's Hotel Group. Therefore,it is necessary to analyse and discuss our Hotel Group hardware standardization.This article will analyze the current situation of Shangri-la hotel hardware standardization management based on brand management theory and standardization theory. Then it gets the countermeasure of hardware standardization building strategies based on brand, aimed at providing practical reference for China's national hotel brand building and management.Firstly, the article makes analysis to the hotel brand, hotel standardization, naming the acception. Then it builds a profound analysis to the hotel brand with hotel standardization, and makes a feasibility study to the positioning of "gourmet hotel" as a particular hotel brand in China. What's more, it makes a little deeper discussion with the operation, management and control standardization in our national hotels'hardware. Because the hotel capital construction stands very important in the hotel hardware, how to make the standardization come true is very significant to the hotel. Our hotel should draw the experience of the international hotels'success boldly in the part of the brand building and hardware standardization.
