The Virtual Currency In China Current Situation And Countermeasures

In network economical era of the 21st century ,the virtual currency for its convenience has become a new type of micro-payment, and greatly promoted the development of e-commerce and virtual network's economic; and the development of virtual network's economic has also promoted the function of virtual currency to further extension. Now the rapid development of virtual currency has injected new vitality to the modern socio-economic,and brought unprecedented spiritual satisfaction to people.May 2002, with Tencent Company introduced its own virtual currency--Q coins, other large companies of network in our countries are springing up with their own distribution of virtual currency, the size of domestic virtual currency system is growing, which great to meet China's growing Internet user community's spiritual needs and desire for consumption, has also played a positive role on China's economic development. Like most new things, virtual currency in the early stage of development presents the characteristics of pros and cons, while we enjoy the convenient and efficient service that virtual money brought to us , we should also clearly understand the negative impact which was virtual money made.In understanding the historical background and practical conditions, and based on in-depth analysis of the nature of virtual money, property, category, This article make a systematic exposition on our countries' virtual currency problems, and accordingly put forward the views of regulation and supervision measures. The main text is divided into five chapters: The first chapter introduces this study background and significance of the research, analyses the research achievements at home and abroad, makes comprehensive summary of the ideas and structure of the paper, and rational puts forward characteristic and shortcoming of this article. Chapter II made a brief introduction on the basic theory of virtual currency, from the forms of development and evolution of the currency, combined with virtual currencies against the background of the times, lead to introduction on definition, classification and characteristics of virtual currency , and gives a brief introduction to the current situation of virtual currency's development. Chapter III focuses on the development of virtual money to do a detailed account of situation, and on this basis, combined with the economic theory of finance and other subjects, analyzed thoroughly a range of issues and implications caused by the development of virtual currency in China. The fourth chapter based on the second chapter and the third chapter, targeted on how to supervise and regulate the virtual currency, given a series of measures and solutions. Fifth chapters have made the reason looking into the distance and analysed with regard to suppositional our country network currency internationalization and future development trend.
