Credit of rural households is always key and difficult problem in rural financial research.The research of the basic rule of credit behavior development and different in all type of them were conducted, these results would be useful to provide policy reference for rural financial system reform and be fulfill for household economics.The paper begins with introduction about credit behavior of rural households and three closely related theories, generalize credit behavior characteristics of rural households historically, analyze influence factors from supply and demand aspects, finally reach a general conclusion on credit behavior characteristics of rural households and propose political advice on adjustment and optimization of credit behavior.Introduction:The paper sets out the selection of subjects background, purpose and significance of the study, research ideas and methods, as well as reviews and research papers possible innovations.Chapter 1:Basic theory of credit behavior characteristics of rural households. Introduce the concept of rural households, basic characteristics, and division of rural households types; introduce the concept of credit and basic division, and on this basis elaborate the connotation and occurrence conditions of credit behavior; explain the three related theories of credit behavior.Chapter 2:The evolution of credit behavior characteristics of rural households. Distinguish two periods of traditional society and market economy society. It takes on the transformation from free of interest to interest-bearing, from material to currency before the Republic of China, it's characteristic of high dependence, high interest, and etc during the Republic of China. It appears fast growth, high occurrence, high proportion of informal debit and credit, uncertain time limit and lack of standardization.Chapter 3:Influence factors analysis of credit behavior ch racteristics of rural households. From the view of financial credit demands, economic types, interest, the scale of operation and productive investment, earnings and own found, cash disburse of daily life and area types are strong influence factors. From the view of financial credit supply, serious information asymmetry, lack of mortgage, unique cost and risk, domination on non-productive payment lead to deficiency of formal credit and the inevitability of the occurrence of informal credit.Chapter 4:The political advice on adjustment and optimization of credit behavior of rural households. Through the historical analysis of credit behavior characteristics of rural households, the paper has found that it hasn't come up with fundamental change. The credit of rural households takes on a non-balanced development and an apparent layering. The paper considers that different financial policies should be taken in rural area, formal and informal credit should realize layering of credit and vertical cooperation in order to build a effective rural financial system.
