The enterprise has to face competitor come from all around the world under the background of globalization in the 21s'century. They must endeavor to improve quality of the product produced by them. Quality design of product study is an effective measure for the enterprise to improve their product quality.Product study is the beginning of the formation of product quality. The quality management of product study focuses on the quality design of product. For designing product with good quality, we must model the relation between the quality characteristic and the factor. Process manufacturer are basic industries of national economy. Process manufacturer include extensive industry field. The core of Process manufacturer's product is compound design. Modeling the relation between the quality characteristic and the factor efficiently will help process manufacturer to improve his product's quality design. The frequently-used measures of modeling include multivariate linear model, second order response surface methodology and orthogonal polynomial model. They are all used with the hypothesis of homoscedasticity. Heteroscedasticity will danger accuracy of the model. This thesis introduces heteroscedasticity to the reader. It researches and analyses the test of heteroscedasticity and how to eliminate the influence of heteroscedasticity to the model. Nonlinear model with high order is the difficulty of compound design. This thesis researches how to model nonlinear problem with high order by BP neural network and RBF neural network. The research to the example prove that BP neural network and RBF neural network are efficient measures to model nonlinear problem with high order. I wish that this thesis could help enterprise to improve its quality of its product.
