Customer Relationship Management is to enable enterprises to expand market size and enhance core competitiveness, enhance operational efficiency to accelerate a successful operation and management mode of modern management science and modern information technology with the product of enterprises the ultimate goal to create and complete the operation used by the computer hardware and software integrated system to complement the implementation of modern enterprise management mode solution for the sum.
