Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of which the supermicro formulations of fat-Kang Yin treats Phlegm and Blood Stasis Resistance-type Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver disease, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice, for lowering the costs of treating NAFLD and improving patient compliance.Methods:According to treatment time and random number table, a total of 90 patients were numbered, and were randomly divided into the three groups:Shell grease capsule group,fat-Kang Yin TCM decoction group and the supermicro formulations of fat-Kang Yin groups.Three groups of patients with the same basic treatment, while giving each group a specific medication treatment were evaluated after three months.Results:The total effective rate of the supermicro formulations of fat-Kang Yin groups was 93.3%,The efficacy was similar with the other groups, no statistically significant difference (P>005).But, in improving TCM symptoms, improving the liver function and blood lipid indicators and reducing body weight, the supermicro formulations of fat-Kang Yin groups was more effective than TCM decoction group and the shell resin capsule group, The difference among the three groups was statistically significant (P<005).Conclusion:Fat-Kang Kang TCM decoction can improve actually the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, Compared with the Shell grease capsule,effect almost, or even better. Yet, The efficacy of supermicro formulations of fat-Kang Yin is better than TCM decoction, moreover,not only can improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine, but also can reduce the dose and save raw materials.The same time, because of its portability, it can improve patient compliance.
