| Objective:This research is designed by primary hemorrhagic stroke patients as the research object, according to theneeds of experiment to select patients with appropriate screening and dynamic to observe illness changes in theacute stage. We using molecular biology technological measurement patients serum and cerebrospinal fluid ofcalcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), this research explore the changes CGRP change and the relationshipbetween the diease and it's impact on prognosis .Methods:Using the first time with hemorrhagic stroke of 40 patients admitted as the object, in it's incidence of 1stday,3rd day, 7th day, 14th day of blood and CSF were collected and centrifuged frozen preparation intoexperimental samples, with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detecting various samples of CGRPlevel. All patients were combined with admission of GCS score were divided into three groups andpathogenesis of seriousness of 30 days GOS score were divided into two groups of good prognosis and poorprognosis, through different between groups and time of the comparison on the determination results werestatistically analyzed.Results:1. Patients serum and CSF in incidence of CGRP levels was significantly increased in the early onset oftrend, at the four time points within third day of average in peak, after 7th day gradually declining, if CGRPlevel still keep higher trend or reduction of excessive cases that were significantly worse prognosis during 14thdays.2. In the early stage of 7 days, GCS score minimum group of patients serum and cerebrospinal fluid ofCGRP were in the highest level, By contrary GCS score maximum group of patients serum and cerebrospinalfluid of CGRP were in the lowest level, different CGRP level between groups compare difference wasstatistically significant (p < 0.001).3. The same time point CGRP level in different prognosis groups compared difference was statisticallysignificant( p< 0.001) .the CGRP level of worse prognosis group were significantly higher than excellentprognosis group, there were deferences between them( p< 0.001); the excellent prognosis group have morerelatively flat fluctuations than the worse prognosis group.4. The CGRP level of different groups of patients's CSF higher than in serum, differences between astatistically significant (p < 0.05).5. Patients serum and CSF CGRP levels were positively correlated, correlation coefficient r = 0.746(P < 0.05)Conclusion:CGRP level changes can not only reflect nerve injury and illness severity, after hemorrhagic stroke occurred but also for hemorrhagic stroke prognostic evaluation provide reliable reference. CGRP role forpatients with hemorrhagic stroke each have advantages and disadvantages, due to its expansioncerebrovascular and nerve protective effect a certain number of CGRP can make develop for the disease to theright direction, but its excessive that patients will be faced with the risk of rebleeding again, and its contentlow cerebrovascular contraction even seizure occurs cerebral infarction, makes heavier damage to nerve. so thedetection of CGRP content in the body changes in patients and to assess its content and the close relationshipbetween the prognosis for cerebrovascular disease (CVD) in the clinical classification and prognosis provideguidance. As well it can provide related instruction for clinical treatment provides new ideas, the researchabout CGRP for further explore cause of cerebral hemorrhage (ICH), evaluate rehemorrhage risk and creatinghemorrhagic stroke prognostic evaluation system to provide the reference. |
