The Beijing Community Health Service Agencies In The Medical Device Configuration Status Research

The Chinese medical equipment of CHS(Community health services) as the basic conditions of appropriate technology in Chinese medicine which plays an important role in the development of community health services. In 2006, Beijing government refined "the basic standard of urban community health service centers "and" the basic standard of urban community health service stations "to issue" the setting and construction planning of Beijing community health service centers (stations) "and" the implementation details of Beijing community health services Centers (stations)". All these papers are used to standardize the equipment of community health service organizations. Now it's very important to investigate the situation of equipment of CHS centers (stations) in Beijing.Objective:this paper relies on special projects of Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine to investigate the Present Situation of TCM-participants in Beijing community, to assess the situation of the equipment of CHS, and put forward practical proposals to the government.Method:in this study,177 CHS agencies were sampled and 63 people were visited. The methodology including literature analysis, interview, and questionnaire was conducted. Microsoft Access2007 software and Microsoft Office Excel 2007 software was used for database processing and statistical analysis.59 persons were interviewed with Colaizzi 7 step to analysis.Results:1. Beijing has finished the standardization of medical equipment; 2. the rate of the ten Chinese medical equipment of CHS in this paper is up. Among them, the community health service centers and the agencies in the urban area have higher rate in this case; 3. The main of medical equipment of CHS are acupuncture, cupping jar and scrapping plate, and they have been full using. And there are some problems like that:The vacancy and shortage co-exist, the Chinese fumigations are the most vacancy equipment and 58.33% percent of CHS centers and 90.91%percent of CHS stations are complained they can't buy the new medical equipments of CHS. The reasons just like the follow:(1) the ways to deploy the equipments; (2) the area of building are not enough; (3) the manager of CHS centers stations) think little of the Chinese medical equipments, and there is not enough doctors of traditional Chinese medicine.Advise:1. to take attention to the importance of Chinese medicine services, and improve internal investment ratio; 2. accelerate the improvement of community health services housing area, either from the medical equipment with the number of institutions, or from the agencies with the specific quantity of medical equipment, have shown a rising trend; 3. Multi-channel to complement the medicine practitioners resources and enhancing the service capabilities of Chinese medicine for the practitioners:4. Strictly regulate the configuration programs and conditions in the purchase of Chinese medical equipment of CHS.
