Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Unusual Acne Systematic Reviews Of The Literature And Drug Law To Explore

This paper mainly includes two parts:literature review and literature research.The literature review:Literature review one:The general situation of cognition about TCM on acne:the overview is mainly discussed in the evolvement of its name, etiology and pathogenesis, internal treatment with TCM and so on.Literature review two:The status of Chinese medical external treatment for acne:it is mainly dissertated in Chinese Medicine external treatment, acupuncture treatment and other treatment.The literature research:Research one:Objective:The effectiveness and safety of TCM in the treatment of acne vulgaris was assessed. Methods:After searching the related database of china and other countries systematically, articles in accordance with inclus ion criteria were identified and adopted.The evaluative standard recognized generally was applied to appraise the characteristic and the quality of adopted RCT. Then the curative effect of TCM on acne was analyzed systematically and synthetically.Results:There were 51 pieces of literature accorded with the adoptive standard, but their methodology quality was lower. The results show that the effectiveness and safety of TCM or TCM with western medicine are higher than western medicine control. Conclusions:The evidence of lower to medium-level on hand shows that it have certain curative effect of TCM or combination therapy of acne vulgaris. However in view of the methodological quality of the existing research is low, the exact curative effect of TCM on acne vulgaris needs to be approved further by strict designed clinical trials with large sample.Research two:Objective:To analyze and investigate the rules for drug utilization of Chinese medicine for the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion standard, the author searched the related database of china and other countries systematically, and then screened out the literature up to standard, and proceeded qualitative evaluation, summarized and discussed the rule for drug utilization.Results: In total,168 papers were selected, involving 192 recipes,167 kinds of Chinese medicine,drug utilization of 2028 times.Herbs for clearing heat was used the most, accounting for 45.02%. The four drugs with the highest utilized frequency were Scutellaria baicalensis, Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae and Radix Rehmanniae.The most common used herb nature was cold. Meridian adscription of the drugs were mainly the Gan-meridian. Conclusions:The methodological quality of clinical research need to be improved. Herbs for clearing heat and Scutellaria baicalensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Salviae milt iorrhizae, Radix Rehmanniae were used the most. The treatment of TCM for acne vulgaris got the feature of definite effect and low side effects.
