Clinical Observation Of Guizhifuling Capsules Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea

Purpose:Investigate and research primary dysmenorrheal patient, who seek medical device in department of gynecology in Dongfang Hospital, where is affiliated by Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. And evaluate the cl inical efficacy and safety of curing primary dysmenorrheal by Guizhi Fuling capsule treatment with different administration dosage.Method:Total 60 patients are randomly grouped as treatment group and control group. Treatment group consists of 30 patients, who are treated with Guizhi Ful ing capsule and another group consists of 20 patients, who are treated with Guizhi Ful ing capsule placebo. Method of taking medicine:taking medicine from the date of menstrual ends to the third day of next menstruate. Continuous take medicine and observe the efficacy within three periods.Results:①Under pain of VAS weighted and evaluated, the treatment group 30 patients recovered 6 (30%) patients were cured,16 (53.3%) patients, effective in 5 (16.7%) cases, no 3 (10%) cases, the total effective rate 90%. Comparative efficacy of two groups of patients with pain, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Capsule description Guizhifuling significant effect of primary dysmenorrhea,②TCM symptom scores compared with symptom scores in treatment group decreased significantly, by statistical analysis shows that capsule can effectively improve Guizhifuling clinical symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea.③Comparison of a single clinical symptoms improved, in addition to bulge outside the anus, Fuling capsule in improving other clinical symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea are obviously better than the control group. In particular, refused to press for abdominal pain, menstruation, abdominal Lengtong improvement are obvious.④The relationship between pain intensity and efficacy, Guizhifuling capsule and severe primary dysmenorrhea the total effective rate was 84.2%, 81.8%, the difference was not significant, indicating that Guizhifuling Capsule on efficacy of moderate and severe dysmenorrhea than Good.⑤The relationship between efficacy and course of disease, disease duration≤5 years,6-10 years group group> 10 group, the total effective rate was 100%,91.7%,71.4%, indicating that the shorter course of treatment the better, to promote the original Early treatment of dysmenorrhea should be made.⑥Security Analysis: blood before and after treatment in all patients, ALT, Cr, BUN, Urine routine, then no abnormal changes in routine examination, no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling capsule treatment of primary dysmenorrheal whose curative effect is assured worth to be promoted on clinic.
