The experimental study has been observed in the third lumbar acupotomology loose solution the axon syndrome rat vascular active substances have good recent regulatory role, this research, through the observation of the third lumbar acupotomology loose solution the axon syndrome rat models of the long-term influence vascular active material, this paper explores its long-term mechanism.MethodsForty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, acupotomy lysis (AL) group and electro-acupuncture (EA) group, the model was established by embedding a piece of gelatin sponge to the transverse process of the 3rd lumbar vertebra under anesthesia. EA was applied to left "Shenshu" (BL 23) and "Yaoyangguan" (GV 3).For animals of AL group, the AL was performed by using a small needle-knife.56 days later after modeling, plasma CGRP, ET,6-keto-PGF1αand TXA2 contents were detected.Results1. The rat plasma CGRP and ET normal group in made outside except after were significantly increase content of mould, very significantly more normal sexual difference (P<0.01), cupping group and acupotomology group content is model group, all have significant decline difference (P<0.05, P<0.01), including cupping CGRP than normal group of content are still rising, a very significant difference (P< 0.01), the rest between groups there are no significant difference (P>0.05).2. The rat plasma TXA2 and 6-keto-Prostaglandin F1a than normal significantly increased, both significant difference (P<0.01); Cupping group and the 6-keto-Prostaglandin F1a besides normal group-outside after all in building mode obviously higher content of group compared with normal, content there are no significant difference (P>0.05). Cupping group compared with model group no significant difference (P>0.05), compared with model group acupotomology group levels are low, significant difference (P<0.05). Cupping group and the content of TXA2 acupotomology group than normal rise, a model group are reduced, are very significant difference (P < 0.01); Cupping group and needle knife no significant differences between groups (P>0.05).Conclusionthere were not only have fine short-term adjusting effect on vasoactive substances (CGRP, ET, TXA2 and 6-keto-PGF1α) levels in TLVTPS rats by AL,but also have fine long-term adjusting effect, the long-term adjusting effect on vasoactive substances may be long-term mechanism of AL.
