Vine tea, whose science name is Ampelopsis Grossedentata, belongs to the Ampelopsis in the VitaceaeMiehx family of wild liane. Ampelopsis Grossedentata, sweet and light in taste, cool in nature, has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic material, relieving rheumatism, and strengthening the bones and muscles. Even the whole plant can be taken for medical uses. When one gets a cold or has a fever or a sore throat, it is always applied. So is in the treatment of hepatitis with jaundice or furuncles.Studies of its chemical elements prove that in Ampelopsis Grossedentata the flavones amount to more than 30%, while dihydromyricetin can achieve 20%.The total flavone extracted from the roots and stems of Ampelopsis Grossedentata enjoy functions of antithrombus,lipid-lowering, liver protection, blood sugar regulating, anti-inflammation, pain easing and enhancing immunity. Dihydromyricetin as the most important one in the flavonoids, is reported to have effect in anti-inflammation, stopping cough, eliminating phlegm, easing pain, preventing bacteria, reducing high blood pressure, regulating blood lipid, detoxification of alcoholism and so on. Thus, the total flavone and dihydromyricetin have a prospect of wide application in foods, health products and medicine.Until now, we have not seen any report about the Ampelopsis Grossedentata's commercialized products in the further processing. Choosing and establishing extraction, isolation and purification technologies of total flavone and dihydromyricetin in Ampelopsis Grossedentata is closely related to the deep development and application of its resources. Based on previous research, this thesis makes the following researches.1. Establishing the method of determining quantities of total flavone and DMY in Ampelopsis Grossedentata.Take dihydromyricetin as control article, adopt ultraviolet spectrophotometry to wavelength scan by dihydromyricetin control article in the 200-800nm and recognize 290 nm is a maximum absorption W/L. By consideration the assay method of addition 5% A1C13 alcoholic solution,2%ZrOCCl2 alcoholic solution and unaddition chromogenic reagent, find the three methods'result is almost the same, so deploy the way of unaddition chromogenic reagent. Take dihydromyricetin as control article to determine contents of dihydromyricetin in vine tea. Studying the macroporous resins'enrichment of total flavone from recrystallized mother solutions.By quiet adsorbing to considerat the effect of macroporous ads-orptive resins HPD-100,NKA-9,AB-8,D-101 to total flavonoids' adsorb and desorb.
