Background and purposeRecent years, with gradually increased of incidence, malignant tumors has become a threat to human health in the 21st century, which is one of the major diseases leading to death.Present study was generally believed that chemotherapy in the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors is one of the indispensable method which has been recognized now, platinum-based chemotherapy is still the standard treatment program of the advanced non-small cell lung cancer, and has irreplaceable status Comparison with other therapies. However, chemotherapy often cause many adverse reactions, among them loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms are the main performances, Traditional chinese medicine believed classified such adverse reactions within the context of drug toxicity. So now, generations of the traditional and western medical workers are working hard to explore the mechanism of gastrointestinal adverse reactions, and drug control measures. In this respect, country medicine has unique advantages, and has a significant effect in prevention and treatment of acupuncture, safe and reliable, no side effects and other outstanding advantages. Wang Yueting in Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital concluded academic point of view that "to govern the country, and to the stomach for the first" from the practice of years of healing in gastroenterology, according to Tiao Zhong Yi Qi Tang and Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang Fangyi,he designed the "old ten-pin",the effects were significantly in the treatment of gastrointestinal. To further understand the effects of prevention and treatment of adverse caused by chemotherapy drugs, we make this clinical observation to evaluate its efficacy.Research Methods(?) simple cases of random grouping method, dividing the met inclusion criteria into treatment group and control group 1 and control group 2.Intravenousing ondansetron 8mg Qd while using preventive treatment with the old ten-pin to control gastrointestinal adverse reactions in treatment group;only intravenousing ondansetron 8mg Qd in control group 1;intravenousing ondansetron 8mg Qd at the same time with the acupuncture of Neiguan and Zusanli in control group 2. Rating gastrointestinal symptoms and recording conditions before, during(the maximum value of gastrointestinal adverse reactions) and post treatment. Aggregate data, to establish a database for statistical analysis using SPSS18.0.ResultsThe effect of preventing anorexia and nausea symptoms during chemotherapy with cisplatin In the control group appears significantly better than control group 1 (P<0.05), treatment group and control group 2 have the average level, better in the control group 2, but there is no significant statistical difference (P> 0.05), comparing with the control group 1, loss of appetite and nausea symptoms in control group 2 are much better than the control group 1 (P<0.05); in the prevention and treatment of vomiting and physical conditions, acupuncture also has a good effect, and the using of the old ten-pin control is better than control group 2.ConclusionAcupuncture in the treatment of nausea and loss of appetite and other symptoms in patients with subjective feelings has a significant statistical difference, the effect is significant, and the "old ten-pin" is berrer than normal acupuncture. In the symptom of vomiting, after taking into account that the ongoing vomiting prevention was not significantly, however, has some certain effect, further reaserch in this regard is to be a large number of the experiments. And the "old ten-pin" on the physical condition and prognosis of patients is active helpful, and secure, no side effects and is worthy of further promotion. However, small sample size of this experiment, control period is short, and the patient's subjective factors also account for a large part of the factors which was to be further improved.Of course, no matter the design of the experimental control, or the depth of the study, comparing with Western medicine, there is a large gap, which need to be improved in the future clinical practice with efforts.
