Mycoplasma Pneumonia Tcm Clinical Pathway Research

Objective:To establish the clinical practice referred clinical route of TCM's treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with the expert investigation using Delphi method on the base of literature research.Methods:On the basis of gathering and processing the literature in nowadays, we are to design the expert survey on the clinical route for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and carry it out through surveying the pediatric experts in the realms of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in Hunan province applying Delphi method for three times. Each round of questionnaires are to be gathered and analyzed statistically with the software of SPSS 16.0 after establishing the database, then descriptively analyze the coefficient about the percentage of experts who send back the questionnaire as well as the items in the questionnaire using frequency. The next round of expert survey is to be revised according to the results.Results:The percentage of the questionnaires in three rounds of survey which were sent back is 100%, so the coefficient about the percentage of experts who send back the questionnaire is also 100%. Through descriptively analyzing the concrete items in each syndrome using frequency, we find the major symptoms, minor symptoms, viriable symptoms, laborotory and physiochemistry items, patterns of different syndrome and their treatment, main forluma, patent chinese medicine, injection drug, external treatment, such preliminarily establishing the clinical route of TCM's treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Conclusion:Through literature collection and study as well as three rounds of questionnaire surveys, we initially establish the clinical route of TCM's treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
