A Refers To The Knife With Article Mouth Through Chengshan Treatment Of Periarthritis Efficacy Observed

ObjectiveTo observe an article that Finger Surgery therapy combined with Tiao-kou(ST-38) penetrated through Chen-shan(UB-57) on periarthritis of shoulder effect.Methods60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group, each of the 30 cases, the treatment group means Finger Surgery therapy combined with Tiao-kou(ST-38) penetrated through Chen-shan(UB-57), and the control group used Tiao-kou(ST-38) penetrated through Chen-shan(UB-57) as observed both symptom scores of measurement.Results(1) treatment group with the markedly effective rate of 23.3% and the total effective rate of 86.7%, while the control group with the markedly effective rate of 3.3% and the total effective rate of 56.7%; (2) in each group after the treatment of pain, function, activity compared with before treatment were significantly different. The difference between before and after treatment scores in pain, function, activity showed that the treatment group is more effective than the control group, and two groups were very significant differences; (3) Article refers to the Finger Surgery therapy combined with Tiao-kou(ST-38) penetrated through Chen-shan(UB-57) bearing the symptoms improved after treatment, and that overall scores on the significant effectiveness is great to before treatment.Conclusion:The two groups can improve symptoms, but treatment with the Finger Surgery therapy combined with Tiao-kou(ST-38) penetrated through Chen-shan(UB-57) is more effective than the Tiao-kou(ST-38) penetrated through Chen-shan(UB-57) therapy.
