Customers To Participate In The Hospital Clinical Path To Knowledge In The Context Transfer

On December, the state ministry of clinical issued Clinical pathway management pilot work plan in 30 hospitals between 15 different provinces of China, including municipalities, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government. So far, more than 300 Clinical Pathway has accumulated. Clinical pathway take standardized diagnosis way. In order to shorten the time and reduce the cost of diagnosis and treatment, it stipulated the nursing, diagnosis and the details.The article searched relevant information on the basis of extensive reading of documents, expounded current social problems from the aspects of theory and practice, as well as the problems needed to be solved and existence meaning of articles. It researched clinical pathway knowledge transfer around customer participated. This paper analyzes and discusses from different angles deeply which are the customer participation, clinical pathway, knowledge transfer in order to discusses the concept for further research on relevant theoretical groundwork. Through the study of Wang Yingluo "knowledge demodulation mechanism" principle, and with the concept being introduced into hospital clinical pathway, this article puts forward the hypothesis through constructing customer participation of clinical pathway diagnosis process knowledge transfer relation model by scientific software analytical methods validation hypothesis to put forward scientific suggestions.The paper adopts standard theory research combining with scientific method of the empirical research, draw articles conclusion using statistical software SPSS 13.0 knowledge transfer situation in the clinical pathway implementation that a series of knowledge transfer situation related conditions which are doctor professional technical ability, qualifications, and clinical experience and so on affects more intense compared with clinical pathway during the process of implementing knowledge transfer recipient for the clinical pathway during the process of implementing knowledge transfer. In addition, it puts forward related suggestions:the hospital should provide a good working environment for doctors and provides high quality for the patients diagnosis and environment with standard implementation of clinical pathways, implementation and supervision, completing the construction of medical ethics; the doctors should improve their learning ability continuously, take part in related medical ethics education and medical services quality to improve their competence in daily work. To patients, they should be actively cooperate with doctors in the procedure of clinical pathway, pay attention to related information, arrange hospitalization behavior according to formulary to restore health.
