Study Of Urban Elderly Community Medical Service System

With the increasing aging population, the elderly on increasingly strong demand for medical services, but the current supply of medical services in both the total amount of capital investment, service levels, personnel development, or policy implementation, supervision and management have lagged far behind other aspects. Therefore, we must plan ahead, at the peak before the arrival of aging, and actively explore new situation for the medical service model, building health care system for the elderly. The study bases on this background and the results of previous studies, take the elderly's demand for medical services as a starting point, respectively, from community health agencies, community care service centers, three elderly family, as they discussed provide medical services to the elderly and the difficulties faced by nursing care and to analyze its causes, and then combined with current conditions, feasible and possible solutions of the path to truly realize the "sense of security" "Old medical care" to improve the elderly quality of life.This study found that elderly people generally need to nearest convenient, inexpensive high-quality community health services, outstanding performance for the home visits and home care service needs. However, due to reasons of medical health system, community health organizations face varying degrees of survival, it is difficult to meet the needs of older persons. According to the idea of welfare pluralism, the state welfare benefits to the multiple changes in government advocacy, community, civil society organizations, families and individuals to participate. Therefore, this study makes the conclusion that to mobilize all social resources, establish a government-led community-centered, family-based, hospital-based community health service system for the elderly to meet the urgent needs of its nearest medicals.
