Purpose:To discuss use of arthroscopy reconstruction anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) and posterior cruciate liagment(PCL) and sutre medial collateral liagment(MCL) to therapy SchenckⅢM-type (KDⅢM) knee dislocation and clinical effect and surgical approach.Methods:SchenckⅢM-type is dislocation of the knee contains anterior cruciate liagment and posterior cruciate liagment andmedial collateral liagment injury. What's the method is that under arthroscopic monitoring useing of contralateral autologous semitendinosus and autologous gracilis being material of reconstruction fo posterior cruciate liagment, and useing of ipsilateral autogenous semitendinosus reconstruction anterior cruciate ligament, also,we can use stitch rivet or non-absorption line suture injured medial collateral ligament. Results:Stability of knee significant enhanced, the function of knee have returned to normal. No limited extensor, knees up to110°~120°,Drawer test and lackman test and lateral stress test show that 30 examples negative,2 example weakly positive,Lysholm grade scale preoperation 18.6±7.4 score up to postoperation 75.4±7.1 score.statistics discrepancy exist(p<0.01).IKDC subjective score ensemble conclusion 28 examples normal ,3 examples nearly normal,1 example abnormal. Conclusion:It have a significant effective useing of multiply liagment reconstruction and suture MCL to cure SchenckⅢM model knee dislocation, and these method can resume stablity and function of knee better,it's worth to popularize.
