| Purpose:Research and symptoms of primary lung cancer in the relationship between evolution syndromeand and ECOG score.Material and method:408 cases of patients who diagnosed as primary lung cancer,they all come from March,2009 to July,2010 at the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM oncology, including 245 men , Female 163 cases. ECOG score 1-2 points: 173 cases; 3 102 cases; 4: 133 cases. SPSS13.0 software using the patients were classified by cluster analysis summarized, and then principal component analysis, the main symptoms of each type were extracted, summarized for each type of discrimination in patients with major syndromes; Analysis of the correlation and consistency, explore the relationship between ECOG score and patientsResults:1. Spleen deficiency is the main features of primary lung cancer patients.2. Patients with ECOG scores of syndrome evolution has some relevance, Kappa value of 0.522, P <0.05, three patients with ECOG score that exists between the consistency, but the degree of agreement is not particularly desirable, Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.708, P <0.05, indicating a correlation between the two and better. ECOG score of 1 to 2, Mainly deficiency of spleen and stomach, deficiency of lung yin ; score of 3, mainly syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, syndrome of liver fire invading lung tape ; score of 4, mainly syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney, syndrome of hyperactivity of ministerial fire, sanjiao dyscrasia type.Conclusion:1. Primary lung cancer patients need to focus on retaining solid stomach.2. Yang deficiency, the development of the disease process, has an important meaning, and primary lung cancer patients with clinical manifestations of yang deficiency, mostly filled with wet muddy3.In clinical treatment, attention to the different stages of evolution of the characteristics of patients with symptoms to improve symptoms, improve quality of life of patients. |
