In clinical study ,the article observe mainly the difference result between the fibrous-tissue-broken pricking and SSZ(sulfasalazine). The results revealed that fibrous-tissue-broken pricking treating AS has no obvious difference in SSZ treating AS. But in prognosis. the fibrous-tissue-broken pricking is better than SSZ. So we can say: In treating AS,the fibrous-tissue-broken pricking is better than SSZ. In animal experiment study, base on the freund抯 arthritis animal model , the experiment studies the effect of fibrous-tissue-broken pricking about anti- inflammatory and immunization and on apoptosis in mouse tbymus and synoviuni. Th result is: fibrous-tissue-broken pricking can relieve the local inflammatoty and antiontic matarsal joint.ln different groups, the content of TNF, IL-land IL-2 has be statistical significant correlations.And also we can find cell death in mouse thymus and in mouse synovium.It proves that fibrous-tissue-broken pricking can regular immunization of body and reneforse the anti-inflammatory and immunization. Also It proves that fibrous-tissue-broken pricking can induce apoptosis in mouse thymus and in mouse synovlum.
