| Abstract: Objective To explore the relation between the biomechanics of compositive knee injury with MRI (magnetic reasonance image)Methods: 1.10 fresh mensic specimen of cadaveric who died from wound in normal human were tested by automatic control election testing machine of AG-i OTA in JAPAN. 2.establish the model of human knee in order to study its biomechanics mechanism.3 .To study the imaging with MR. Result :1. function and curve of mensical normalization creep were obtained .2.The biomechanics mechanism and characteristics of compositive knee injury and the expression of MRlwere obtained.Conclusin: 1 .the mensic is viscoelasticity bodyof extensibity in relation to biomechaics function that increase stibio fe~moral joint contact area and reduces tibio-femoral joint contactpressure ,reduces friction coefficient between tibio-femoral joint space .2.The compositive injury of knee joint is the result of different kinds of high energy and overload power.3.MRI that is the fist election in clinical ,can comprehenensive assess the degree and area of compostive injury of knee. |
