| Current studies showed that acupuncturing Neiguan could produce protection effect in acute myocardial ischemia and reperfiision injury. In order to go further into the delayed protection of acupuncture treatment, we observed the influence of acupuncturing Neiguan after 24 hours on 50 rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia (AMI). (DBoth electroacupuncturing Neiguan and ischemic preconditioning(IP) could significantly decrease the uprising degree of ~ -segment induced by AIvII and accelerate the recovery of ST11 -segment after 24 hours. 〣oth electroacupuncturing Neiguan and IP could decrease the level of Creatine Kinase(CK) and Lactic Dehydrogenase(LDH) after 24 hours. ?Aft e r 24 hours IP could raise the activity of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) significantly, but electroacupuncturing Neiguan could inhibition it. Both of them could decrease the level of Malondialdehyde(MDA). 瓸oth of them could increase the level of Adenine Nucleotides after 24 hours. All results mentioned above showed that: Both electroacupuncturing Neiguan and IP could produce the delayed protection to AMI, and the effect of IP is superior to electroacupuncturing Neiguan. |
