Nine Air Twist Pain Capsule Experimental Study Of The Efficacy And Mechanism Of Action Of Gastric Ulcer And Dysmenorrhea

In this Study, We used rats of reserpine gastric ulcer and female dysmenorrhea as animal model. Investigating the effect of Jiuqmiantong capsule (JQNT capsule) antiulcer and analgesia from neuroendocrine hormone blood rheology by the method of analgesia in regulating qi and activating blood. Positive control groups of Remtidine Sanjiuweitai and Aspirin Instant Tongjmbao Granules(Tongjingbao) respectively. The results show: 1. JQNT Capsule could obviously diminish ulcer area of reserpine gastric ulcer on rats. It could increase the content of POE2 and regulate the counterbalance of TXB2/6-K-PGF1 a m gastric mucosa that improved microcirculation. 2. JQNT Capsule could obviously restraint wring times of oxytocin incentive and improve blood rheology on rats, so it has the effect of analgesia and regulating qi and activating blood to dissipote blood stasis. 3. JQNT Capsule could obviously increase the content of neurohormone( f3 -EP) in blood plasma of experimental rats that has the effect of inherency analgesia. 4. JQNT Capsule could restraint activeness of PGF2 a in rat's myometrium, It could improve the content of NO and decrease the level of ET-1 in uterine tissue for amendment microcirculation. 5. Compared to the sanjiuweitai and Tongjingbao positive control groups, JQNT Capsule was better than them for regulating TXB2/6-K-PGF1 a in gastric mucosa and killing pain and activating blood to dissipote blood stasis respectively. The results indicated that hormone imbalance and dysfunction microcirculation were an important pathologic link in gastric ulcer and dysmenorrhea. JQNT Capsule has good effect in preventing and treating them, with its function linked to drugs of regulating qi and activiting blood adjusting the counterbalance of hormone and improving microcirculation.
