Five types of compounds were synthesized via modification of the leading compounds, Mannich bases of cyclopentanones. Among the target compounds, one type was aromatic amine derivatives of a leading compound, three were Mannich bases of a -(substituted) benzylidene cyclopentanone, the fifth was a Mannich base of a - (substituted) benzyl cyclopentanone. The structures of twenty-two target compounds were certified by MS, 慔-NMR and JR spectra.Preliminary pharmacological tests showed that some target compounds had significant inhibitory effects on xylene-induced ear edema in mice at a dosage of 200mg/kg. Two compounds (L7 and L8) were more efficient than ibuprofen, and other seven compounds(Ll,L2,L3,L5,L9,L10 and L12 )were equally efficient to ibuprofen or a bit more efficient than ibuprofen. |
