Condylomate is a kind of disease which infected by HPV. It has many dates which developed in line. Recently, Condylornate's accident rate has high tern times. In our country. Condylomate is the second station in the ax disease. Now ,it has been reported by many countries about treating condylomate, just as: medicine, treatment. phisicial treatment, frozing treatment etc. But if couldn't be satisfied by patients and if couldn't resolve re-accident. AGcording to incidence mechanism and pathology physiology characteristic of Condylomate acuminate .We adopt Acyclovir to injection on local part, and select five kinds of dose:lOOmg. lSOmg.250mg.IFNlOOrilometers U We set up stable case, divide into five groups by random. Thirty patients of each group inject Acyclovir in mucous membrane, one time the other day, successive to five times. Then we observe those patients for six months. Result significance:The fourth dose of 250mg have remarkable distinct than other three groups dose(pO.05).The fourth dose of 250mg is the best one.
