Aim: To understand the comparative arranged sequence of the strength of treatment effect of antifungal drugs through the study about the clinical susceptibility of antifungal drugs and to make clinical doctors scientifically effectively and reasonably select antifungal drugs to mycosis so as to have an optimum effect in the treatment. Methods: Using four kinds of ointments: clotrinazole, bifonazole, miconazole as well as itraconazole produced by this hospital. It is direct fungus microscope positive to the usual clinical mycosis in the dermal shallow. We clinically observed its treatment effects for the patients with the tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea mannus, and tinea pedis, who have the typical clinical symptoms and were divided into four groups. The treatment effects were assessed by its index of treatment effects, while clinical treatment effects were scored in 4 grades, mycological treatment effects were scored in 2 grades, then finally the statistics X2 treatment was used to analyze the data. Result: The comparative data of 4 treatment groups showed, that there were very significant differences, P miconazole ointment bifonazole ointment > clotrinazole ointment. This sequence is very clear and evident. Each group of the drug has a strong representativity. There is wide popularizing and utilizing price especially for the varieties of hospital which have not fungous cultivation and anaphylaxis test.
