Bi-speed Clear Mixture With Laser Fire-needle Treatment Of Active Rheumatoid Arthritis Clinical And Experimental Research

Objective To approach the new way of combining internal treatment with external treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), this paper has researched from theoretical, clinical and experimental aspects. Bisuqing Medicinal Mixture (BMM) with produced to clear away heat, relieve the toxin, eliminate dampness, remove the obstruction in meridians, activate the blood and disperse stasis is integrated creatively with semiconductor laser fire needle (SLFN) in this study. Methods In the clinical research, 75 cases are divided randomly into four groups, by which Huobahuagen Tablet (I-IT), only BBM, only SLFN and BMM plus SLFN (BPS) have been applied respectively. The experiments apply adjuvant arthritis rat as pathological model. Results The clinical study shows that the effective rate of BPS group is 95%, superior to that of the HT group (73.3%), only BMM group (90%), and only SLFN group (85%). Compared in symptoms, signs and laboratory examinations, BPS group has improved more obviously than others have (P < 0.05). Animal experiments show that BPS can depress the original and succulent arthritis of AA rat, low down the level raised evidently of Hm, 5-HT, IL-i, TNF as well as increase the content of subthalamus endorphin, superior to the other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion BPS is an effective way for treating active RA. This therapy may be operate through the mechanisms such as inhibiting infection and inflammation, regulating immune function, improving the blood circulation and so on.
