Qingxin combined therpeutics is one of the projects, which be used to cure pediatric viral myocarditis. The Qingxin therpeutics was established by professor Chen .It is the same with the acute viral myocarditis. Purpose: Observe the effect of Qingxin therpeutics, and contrast with the western medicine therapeutics, contrast the validity and security of them, work out the preliminary appraise, and discuss the mechanism of the action.We used prospective effect contrast observation. After treatment, the response rates of various kind of markers were significantly higher in the traditional Chinese medicine group than the west medicine group (PO.05~0.01). And after treatment, the T lymphocyte subsets CD3CD4 CD8 CD4/CD8 and natural killer cell(NK) activity of peripheral blood increased than before, in the traditional Chinese medicine group, NK cell activity were significantly improved than the west medicine group (PO.01)Above all indicate the Qingxin therpeutics could reverse left ventricular remodeling of acute viral myocarditis; adjust cellularimmunity.In addition, the results of the correlation research in experiment confirmed that the Qingxin mixture has obvious action of antiviral and treatment. The acute virulence experiment show: Balb/c rats which were infect CVB3m, were able to endure 120 times doses than human being.therefore,confirm the validity and security of the Qingxin mixture.
