| The thesis mainly includes two parts of content, one is the studies of literature , and the other is experimental studies of the relation between material and pharmacodynamics on the Danggui Buexue Tang(DBT). The part on the studies of literature mainly sums up the literature record of successive danasties.the progres of contemporary studies, the studies of material base on the DBT.There are 15 prescreptions whose name is "Danggui Buxue Tang" except the one( Li Gao ^Differentiation on Endogenous and Exogenous,and their compose,usage,efficacies, main cures are different; the one of Differentiation on Endogenous and Exogenous.is widely used in clinic, and its contemporary studies is also most, the contemporary studies on the DBT is very much, and the date can be reduced to three portions of pharmacology, chemical component and appliance. The mail actions of the DBT are about immune regulation and circulatory system, and it has the action of protecting the liver and the action of accelerating the metabolism of nucleic acid, in addition, its mechanism of action and proportion of compatibility were also studied. There are naphtha and non-volatility in the Radix angelicae Sinensis, and there are sapomin, amylose and flavine, yet the studies of the whole component on the DBT are fewer. The studies of material base on compound prescription are mostly about the methodology, yet experimental studies are fewer.The objective of experimental studies is to probe the relation between material base and pharmacodynamics. According to the content of Hb in the model of blood -deficiency syndrome, T-lymphocytes percentage in the model of qi -deficiency syndrome, the quantity of the Granulcyte-Macrophage progenitor cell Colony Forming Unit( CFU-GM), probe the efficient part of the DBT.In the experiment of blood- deficiency syndrome, discover that all the special parts have the efficiency of resuming Hb, yet all the efficiency isn't equal to that of the whole decodtion. After administrating by combination, discover that there is marked difference (P<0.05), if comparing the group consisted of the part extracted by Ethyl acetate and the part extracted by n-Butanol with model group, and also discover thatinthere isn't marked difference (p>0.05) if comparing the group with the model group.In the experiment of qi- deficiency syndrome, discover that all the special parts have the efficiency of raising T-lymphocytes percentage, yet all the efficiency isn't equal to that of the whole decodtion. After administrating by combination, discover that there is marked difference on raising T-lymphocytes percentage (PO.05), if comparing the group consisted of the part extracted by n-Butanol and the part in water with model group, and also discover that there isn't marked difference (p>0.05) if comparing the group with the model group.In the experiment of cultivating progenitor cell, discover that the efficiency of all the special parts is far weaker than that of the whole decoction, and there is marked difference on promoting the quantity of the CFU-GM.(P<0.05).
