The results show as follows:1, The formula of DZXW can rise the intellective markers of mouse multiple models of learning memory retention disorder and elongate the lasting time of opening mouth breathing after decapitation obviously. These show that the DZXW can ameliorate the memory retention disorder and have the action of anti-anoxia.2, The formula of DZXW can rise the activity of acetycholinesterase in brains of the natural senile mice obviously.3, The formula of DZXW can rise the level of the monoamines neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine and restrain the activity of the monoamme oxidase in brains of the natural senile rats obviously.4, The formula of DZXW can rise the content of the neurotrophic factors, such as nerve growth factor on hippocampi of the natural senile rat's brains obviously.5, The formula of DZXW can decrease the level of the malonic dialdehyde in brains of the mice obviously.Summarizing the above-mentioned results, we can get the conclusion that the formula of DZXW can ameliorate the memory retention disorder by acting on multiple pathways and effecting multiple targets, maybe this is the mechanism of the formula of DZXW to benefit the memory and sharpen the wits.
