Cut Hung And Sewn To The Clinical Observation Of Pressure To Stop Bleeding In The Treatment Of Anal Fistula

Purpose:To explore further improvement of method in treating anus fistula, by observing curative effect of incision thread-drawing adding hemostasis by compression and sutura in anus fistula, and comparing the cure effect of treatment group with control group, so that the cure effect of incision thread-drawing adding hemostasis by compression and satura was verified and was affirmed.Method:76 cases of anus fistula were divided into two groups: treatment group, including 40 cases, adopted incision thread-drawing adding hemostasis by compression anus sutura; control group, included 36 cases, adopted incision thread-drawing therapy. Compared two groups' cure effect whether had difference.Result:1.Cure rate of treatment group was 100%. Cure rate of control group was 100% also. 2.Treatment group's union-tune of wound was 22.04 +5.63 days, control group's union-tune was 25.16+6.81days, treatment group's union-tune of wound was shorter than control group's. (p<0.05).3. Compared with control group, the cure method of treatment group could actively prevent following hemostasis after operation. (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Operation by incision thread-drawing adding hemostasis by compression and sutura plays an important role on cure anus fistula. It not only can prevent following hemostasis after operation but also can accelerate the wound's union.
