Flexible micropatterning technology is promising in microfabrication. The emergence of flexible micropatterning technology results from the development of microfabrication. However, the workhorse of traditionalmicrofabrication oftlithgaphy, can do nothing on flexible micropatterning.We introduce the technology that can be used in flexible micropatterning including softlithgaphy and 3DP(pressure controlling 3 deminsional deposition) system. We give the elucidation of softlithgraphy theory, technologies related, and especially on micropatterning by PDMS. We also give elaboration of 3DP system including the consisting of system, the explanation of dynamic fluidic model, the analyzing of deposition line width, and the optimizing of different parameters.We made flexible biopolymer scaffolds which are often used in tissue engineering, and flexible organic FET(OFET) which is the foundation of flexible plastic integrated circuits. We also did some measurement of OFET.At last, we give some application of flexible micropatterning technology and put forward the further study.
