Objective: To observe the influence of intraocular pressure(IOP) and protective effects of visual function by high IOP animal brief and continuing models with different IOP for DSX gutta, as well as study the mechanism .Methods: (l)Forty-two rabbit fasted 12 hours were adimistrated different medication after divided into 7 groups randomly, then anesthetized and made water-loaded brief model. Next, IOP were measured in different time and compaired amutually. (2)posterior chamber injection of the chymotrypsin was adopted to make continuing intraocular hypertension rabbit models with different IOP.IOP were measured 7 days twice after the models had been made. 7 days later, mfERG were examed and the content of NO of retina were assayed.Results: (1) Different intraocular hypertension brief and continuing models can be obtained; (2) DSX gutta could better lower the intraocular hypertension ,and were similar to timolol.(3)DSX gutta could recover the delayed latent period of PI waves, and heightened the lowered reaction density of PI waves.(4)DSX gutta could heightened the lowered content of NO of retina.Conclusions: brief water-loaded and continuing chymotrypsin intraocular hypertension animal models with different IOP can be obtained ; DSX gutta can better lower intraocular hypertension ,improve microcirculation of the fundus and visual function. |
