Paralysis, Atrophy Capsules, And Prednisone Combination Therapy Of Myasthenia Gravis Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

Objective: Throught clinical randomized controlled trial,we would evaluate the safety and effects of Tan Wei capsule and prednisone acetate on patients suffered from MG and primarily probe into the action mechanism of Tanwei capsule.Method: Forty patients suffered from MG were divided into treatment group and control group(20 patients in each).The control group was the prednisone acetate .The treatment group was given the Tan Wei capsule 2* per time, three time per day besides the" therapy of the control group.All patients functions were evaluated with the MG scale made by Wang after onset,mounth 1, 2, 3 and 4. The effect on TCM symptom were evaluated with the scale of TCM symptom. Side effects were observed in the course of treating.Results: 1) Compared with those of the control group , the effects of the treatment group were more stabile. 2) The clinical absolute scale of the treatment group is lower than the one of the control group, while the relative scale of the treatment group is higher than the one of the control group in the end of four month.Conclusion: The effect of the treatment group excels the one of the control group.
