Chinese Medicine Extinction Bai Ling Tang Experimental Study On The Effects Of Melanocyte

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on melanocyticproliferation and melamin synthesis in vitro. To discuss the mechanism ofXiaobailingtang on treatment of vitiligo.Methods MTT was used to study the proliferation of B-16 murine melanoma cell.Cleavage by NaOH was employed to measure the melamin synthesis of melanocytes.Results The prescription –Xiaobailingtang had a strong potential in promoting theproliferation of B-16 murine melanoma cell , whereas Huoxue(for improvement ofblood circulation) and Bushenyang(for invigorating kidney Yang) were evident inenhancing melamin synthesis .Conclusion The remedies for invigorating of kidney Yang and improvement ofblood circulation can not be neglected in vitiligo treatment.
