| As one of the comman illnesses which are threatening human' s health, wind stroke is the main program of scientific research for decades. Many TCM' s researchers put much time in the study of stroke for therapy, prognosis and healing. Among all the researches, the study of the standard treatment effect is not mature.The current standard have not medical researchers' approval mostly. So a new appropriate standard that can effectively evaluate the treatment effect of stroke in TCM is in urgent need. The standard must can show the dynamic changes of the symptom and the advantages of TCM. Thi s research is just to solve this problem. We observe the symptoms in the acute stage of the stroke patients. And our job bases on the TCM's symptomatology.This dissertation composes two parts. The first part is the literature. The second is the clinical investigation and research.The Literature-one is about methodology in the clinical medicine, which contains the evidence-based medicine and the data mining. The literature-two is a review about the study of standardization, treatment effect and evaluation scales for the stroke in the last ten years. The literature-two also takes a review for the assessment scales which are used in common.The investigation takes place in Dongzhimen Hospital, Xuanwu Hospital, Huairou Hospital of TCM and Miyun Hospital of TCM. We research patients by the special questionnaire in the acute stage for the stroke patients. Patients in the first 3 days of stroke are selected. Their symptoms and certain scales of 14 days are recorded. Their lab examination results are taken down too. We record GCS, NIHSS on the 3rd day; GCSNIHSSon the 7th; NiHSS, Barthel, MMSE on the 14th. The questionnaire contains 256 symptoms which contain a majority of symptoms in the acute stage for stroke patients. All together there are 66 patients vertically fall into the scope of this research, which correspond to 854 cases transversely. We analyse the data of 66 patients by statistics. We get the ratio of the symptoms relieved and changes of the symptoms and scales in the acute stage by statistics. We find the correlation between the symptoms and NIHSS. We classify the symptoms which have high appear. |
