We also identified two compounds that isolated from the active part.For the new drug's technique process study, we optimized the best extraction technique process of active part -secoiridoid glycosides in Gentiana scabra Bge. by orthogonal experiment. And the best enrichment technique process of active part was formed through macroporous adsorbing resin by orthogonal experiment, which ensured the content of active part satisfy with the requirement of the Fifth New Drug (Preparation of Chinese Traditional Medicine). Finally, the extract was made into soft gelatin capsule that has higher bioavailability and is convenient for taking.Setting up the quality standard of preparation, including property, identification, examination and content determination. Studying the methodology of content determination and it has been approved that the accuracy, repeatability, stability and recovery rate of the assay all accord with the demand.Two compounds were isolated from the active part and we identified them according to their spectrum data and physical and chemical character. One is gentiopicrin and the other is trifloroside.
