Anal Fissure In Situ Resection And The Side Of Amputation Treatment Of Three Fissure Sphincter Singled Out Clinical Studies

Objective:For the sake of going along with the minimally invasive and localized treads in surgery,we do our best to maintain the tissure and the function of anus .the fissure's exicion and lateral internal sphincterotomy on treating the chronic fissure-in-ano, As a result,it can decrease the days in hospital and improve the living quality markably .Method:50 cases with chronic fissure-in-ano who had no operative contraindications were divided into two groups randomized.both the groups had 25 cases.A therapy of fissure's exicion and lateral internal sphincterotomy was applied in the experimental group,and the control group adopted posterior internal sphincterotomy.Results:there was no obviously difference between two groups in curative effect and some complications as pain,continence, haemorrhage,urinating et al.but in anus deformation and the days in hospital et al showed markable difference.Concludes:Through clinical study and comparation of the two groups,the treatment group have batter effect than the other.so we believe that it isfeasible that the treatment of location exicion and lateral internal sphincterotomy of chronic anal fissure,and there are obvious benefit incost-effect ratio.
