There are various opinions about the manipulation of Tuina and itsrelationship with effects. Being the basic techenicle of treatment,Manipulation is the main content of Tuina, and also the keypoint ofeffects. There are many recordation about manipulation, but few scitificresearch in the history , especially the relationship betweenmanipulation and its effects. Therefore, to study the effects ofmanipulation, to find out the relationship between manipulation andeffects is one of the purpose of the clinical and experimental study ofTuina. In the experiment,we use Pressing Manipulation on Artery on healthperson(PMA),in order to find its effect. we use Multi-ConductorPhysiology Apparatus and Visual analog scales(VAS) to evaluate SPO2,pulse ,PPG,skin temperature,self-feeling scales of temperature duringdifferent stage of manipulation. We observed four stage of manipulation:before manipulation, during manipulation,5 seconds after manipulation,1 minute after manipulation. The study of this research topic include two parts: The theory part reviewed the history of PMA, the development of PMA.and the current status of Pressing Manipulation and scientific researchof the relevant. The experimental part include: Test 1:health adult,20~25year,20 male and 20 female. We use theimproved "Jiao Ta Huo Lun",pressing the TianFu point for 1 minute.Recorded the data (SPO2 ,Pulse ,PPG, skin temperature) during differentstage of manipulation. We observed four stage of manipulation:beforemanipulation, during manipulation,5 seconds after manipulation,1 minuteafter manipulation. Compared the data of different stage and of two hands. Test 2: We use the improved "Jiao Ta Huo Lun",pressing the TianFupoint for 1 minute. Recorded the data, the self feeling of temperature, during different stage of manipulation. We observed four stage of8 按动脉法的肢端效应研究manipulation:before manipulation, during manipulation,5 seconds aftermanipulation,1 minute after manipulation. Compared the data of differentstage and of two hands. The experimental result shows: 1, The effects to pressing side: PMA can change the data of pressing side: SPO2:During pressing, SPO2 is decreasing, till the lowest point at5 seconds after pressing. Then go up gradually, excess the level of normalat 1 minute after pressing. Skin temperature : skin temperature goes up at 1 minute aftermanipulation。 PPG:During pressing, the PPG increased. Pulse: During pressing, the pulse decreased,1 minute after pressing, The pulse got back to the normal. Self feeling of temperature:During pressing, decreased; go up to thehighest point at 5 Second after pressing, still higher than normal at 1minute after pressing. 2, The effects to opposite side: PMA can affected the opposite side: Skin temperature:go down during manipulation,5 seconds aftermanipulation, 1 minute after manipulation. Self feeling of temperature:go up at 5 seconds after manipulation。 3, The difference between two sides There is difference between two sides SPO2:For the pressing side, during press,SPO2 is decreasing, tillthe lowest point at 5 seconds after pressing. Then go up gradually, excess英文摘要 9the level of normal at 1 minute after pressing. The opposite side hasn'tchanged compared with before pressing. Skin temperature:For the pressing sides, skin temperature goes upat 1 minute after manipulation; while for the other side, skin temperaturegoed down during and after pressing. The difference is significance. Self feeling of temperature:For the pressing side, during pressing, decreased; go up to the highest point at 5 Second after pressing, stillhigher than normal at 1 minute after pressing. For the other side ,5seconds after pressing goes up compared with before pressing. The study of this research topic verifies the influence of t...
