Diabetes Damp-heat Syndrome Research

This study was under the guidance of pattem identification and treatment of the Chinese medicinetheory. According to the grading study method of the chronic and evolved disease, we selected theincipient diabetic shirezheng . we studied by the semiology method, in order to definitude itspathogenesis and the developing rule of Chinese medicine. It can also guide the practice , boost thecurative effect and the treatment level. The paper includes the literature summarize and clinical observation. The literature summarize isnamed the Chinese Medicine Study of diabetic shirezheng.It discussesthe happen and developing process of diabetic shirezheng through its cause of disease and thepathogenesis. It discusses the clinical therapy method through pattern identification and treatment ,special prescription.At last it brings forward the present situation and the prospect. The part of the clinical observation study, we selected 84 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients whowere in the course of the incipent.Through the questionnaire of the semiology survey,the result showsthat diabetic shirezheng has nothing with HTN, CHD, DYS, and diabetic shirezheng has nothing withBMI,age,disease years.In the patients of diabetic shirezheng,the course of blood stasis is longer thanthe other pattern identification.The BMI of qixu is higher than yinxu and blood stasis.
