| Objective: To analyse and discuss the surgical accommodation, method and effect of ovary endometriosis.Method: We analysed surgical method and therapeutic effects of 112 cases of ovary endometriosis in gynecological department of Xinjiang Tumor hospital from January, 1998 to July,2003 retrospectively, who wereall diagnosed by pathology.Result: In 112 cases of ovary endometriosis diagnosed with pathology after surgery, there were 50 cases operated by reserving fertility, 27 cases operated by reserving ovary function and 35 cases with radical operation. The cases without radical operation took medicine postoperatively to solidfy therapeutic effect. All cases felt pain remissed apparently after operation. The postoperative recurrence rate of the cases with operation of radical operation and reserving ovary function was zero percent, while that of cases with operation of reserving fertility was 18 percent. There is statistically significant difference in postoperative recurrence rates between two groups. There were 59 cases treated by assisted medicine including medroxyprogesterone, danazol, gossypol acetic acid sheet and gestrinone after operation, in which there are not statistically significant difference in therapeutic effects. Conclusion: It is really effective to treat patients with ovary endometriosis by operation. The postoperative recurrence rate can be decreased by adding assisted medicine to non-radical operation, and there are not statistically significant difference among its in therapeutic effects after operation. |
