Isolation And Identification Of Lactic Acid Bacterium In The Reproductive Tract Of Healthy Women And To Maintain The Microbial Balance

In this research, 56 strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated from the vagina of 60 healthy women, including 37 strains of spherical bacteria and 19 strains of bacillus. All of the 37 strains of spherical bacteria were identified by biochemical tests, part of their 16S ribosomal DNA were amplified, sequenced, and phylogenetically placed. The results showed that the lactic acid bacteria were belongs to Enterococcus.durans, Enterococcus.faecium, Enterococcus.faecalis and streptococcus. bovis.The hemolytic test shows, only two strains were α-hemolysis, The others were γ-hemolysis. They were very important in readjustment mechanism in vagina cysbacteriosis. They could produce lactic acid,remain the acid circumstances and inhibit the growing of the other pathogen tic bacteria; produce bacteriocins, they have selectivity inhibiting ability. They could not inhibit the lactobacillus and themselves, but could inhibit Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia.coli etc. Some of them could product H2O2, could inhibit pathogentic bacteria.From the test, we know all of the lactic acid bacteria have high antibacterial activity. We could use them to make microecological drug, which are generally considered having more therapy effective in Bacterial vaginosis or vantities.
