Objectifve: In this paper, we visited several large Chinese medicine hospital in Peking,their decoction method on Chinese herbal medicine soup is changing, they use themachine instead of the casserole, But what about The Contrast of the quality andcurative effect between the Traditional Method and the Machine Skill in Boilingthe Chinese Traditional Medicine? We compare them.Methods: Firstly we investigate the situation of the use of the boiling machine inthe five third class and first grade hospitals. Then we weigh double original medicine material which are same in qualityand quantity, respectively boiling with water eight times' and fourteentimes'weights as those original medicine materials, boiling them in traditionalmethod and the boiling machine, Compare the Contrast of the numerical value inpH , relative density and the solid content in liquor. In addition we accountthe content of Paeoniflorin and Protocatechualdehyde in every 100mg originalmedicine material though the method of HPLC. SynthesizeAll of these,a primary conclusion could be find in these liquor's quality . Otherwise we choose 20 patients who are suffering from coronary heartdisease. Their qi and blood are illogicalbe obstructed in the body.Order themdrink liquors respectively boiled by traditional method and the boiling machine.Compare the Contrast of the curative effect.Results: The boiling-machine method has no difference on that of the traditionalmethod in quality and curative effect.Conclusion: The boiling-machine can play more important role in boiling traditionalprescriptions. The standard and operation are dissimilar in different hospital,A unitivestandard are urgent to accelerate the development of Chinese medicine and herbs.
