Purpose of studyBy creating animal model of mercuric chloride causing deformity, we observed, analyzed and investigated toxic effect of mercuric chloride and deformity situation of foetus of mouse after female rats being exposed during pregnancy for deriving the phenomenon and pathogenic mechanism after being exposed and the effect on fetal after pregnant woman being exposed to the mercuric chloride more accurately and reliably for offering the reliable theoretical foundation for diagnosing, treating, preventing and controlling the neonate's deformity and having important theory directive significance in aristogenesis . Method of studySelecting 66 virgin, healthy and sexal maturity SD rats weighting 230 -250 grams and 30 male SD big mice, they were 8weeks of age. After both rats were fed by adaptability for one week, we shut the cage with the male and female in proportion of 1:1 for spending the night, examined the overcast bolt in the morning of next day, and confirmed pregnant date. Pregnant rat were divided into 7 groups randomly[blank control group (1: physiological saline) , positive controlt group (2: vitamin A ) and Chlorine mercury group ], Chlorine mercury group were divided into 5 groups (1.5 mg/kg. bw, 1.0 mg/kg. bw, 0.5 mg/kg. bw, 0.25 mg/kg. bw, 0.125 mg/kg. bw), every group was 8.Every group pregnant mice were irritated through mouth under stomach at the 7—14 in pregnancy period, respectively, physiological saline (1) , vitamin A (2) and chlorine mercury (C:l. 5 mg/kg, bw, 1. 0 mg/kg. bw, 0. 5 mg/kg. bw, 0. 25 mg/kg. bw, 0.125 mg/kg. bw), we obtained the animal model that mercuric chloride causes the deformity. On the 20th day of pregnancy period, we anaesthetizes...
