| Objective:to explore the ability and mechanism of jujingwan(jjw) pill to inhibit the spermatogenic arrest infertile.Methods:80 mature male rats were divided into 5 groups randomly:blank group,model group,treated group with high dosage jujingwan pill,with middle dosage jujingwan pill,with low dosage jujingwan pill.Excluding blank group,the other four groups of spermatogenic arrest in sterile were irrigated into the stomachs with adenine,simultaneityly the treatment of jujingwan also was irrigated into the stomachs of the high, middle and low group.After 48 days,the concentration of testosterone, the status and movement percent of sperm were examined;the microstructure of testicle was observed under optical microscope with BI2000 computer configuration image analysis system.Rsults:the density of sperm and the weight of gonads decreased significantly and the significant pathological changes in rat model of spermatogenesis obstaclerthe decrease on number of seminiferous tubule in testicle, number of cell of producing sperm, the concentration of testosterone and the expression of Bcl-2 in testicle.But all those datum had some improving tendency after irrigated jujingwan compared with the modle group.Conclusion: (1) we had gained the rat modle of spermatogenic arrest by irrigated adenine. (2) jujingwan can increase the concentration of testosterone significantly in experimental spermatogenic arrest rats. (3)jujingwan can improve the microstructure of testicle effectively in experimental spermatogenic arrest rats. (4) jujingwan can increase the expression of Bcl-2 effectively in experimental spermatogenic arrest rats. |
