Non-traumatic Femoral Head Necrosis Of The Local Treatment Of Research Progress

This dissertation reviews the relative documents about treatment of TCM and Western medicine of non-traumatic necrosis of femoral head , evaluates objectively the theoretical knowledge of Chinese and western medicine about this disease. According to the relative research in these documents about the early and intermediate therapy of this disease, our purpose is to discuss the effect of local therapy at early and intermediate stage, and supply some useful ideas for the early and intermediate therapy to this disease.Based on studying the etiological factor and pathological mechanism of this disease and summarizing therapeutic experience of Chinese and western medicine , we carry out complex treatments and the major method is intramedullary injection of the Chinese patent injection of Hong Hua (safflower flower) and Chuan Xiong Qin (LigustTazine) . We also research the clinical effect of this intramedullary injection of Chinese patent injection according random comparison, and the result proves that it has exact effect.
