Rrtj Noni Juice In Vitro Anti-tumor Research

In this thesis, the effects of the Rosa and the Morinda on the proliferation and apoptosis of U937 and C0C2 cell lines were explored.Detected by flow cytometry, Hoechst staining and other methods, the inhibition effects of the fruits on COC2 cell lines were dose- and time-dependent. The apoptosis of U937 cell lines had positive relation with the concentration of the Rosa and the incubation time,but had no relation with the the Morinda. The expressions of bcl-2 and bax in U937 cell lines were changed if the cells were incubated with Rosa. When the concentration of the Rosa was increased, the expression of bcl-2 in U937 cell lines was decreased and the expression of bax was increased. The expression of NO had positive relation with the concentration of the Rosa.These results had proved that the Morinda can selectively induce the cell lines' apoptosis, and the Rosa can induce more cell lines' apoptosis. The apoptosis may be caused by the reason as followed: more cells was induced into the cycle phase G₂; the ration of bcl-2 and bax decreased; the expression mount of NO was increased.
