The Establishment And Application Of Monitoring System Of Adolescent Behavior

Objects: Behavioral survey(BSS) is a kind of human surveillance that to describe the tend of human behaviors' change. Through which we can predict the probable behaviors in the future. By surveillance the youths' behaviors, the change tend can be draw out to describe the behavioral epidemical status, analyze the affect factors, to help the youths realize what they are doing , and what should they do. The surveillance information can also be use to evaluate the behavior intervention plan. The environments can be redressed more fit for the youths to live with.Methods: Analyzed the feasibility and selected the indicator of the BSS by qualitative analysis, establish the BSS system. 2354 rural middle school students in grade 1-5 were randomly chosen and take investigated, with the BSS system, to surveillance their behavior.Results:1. It's necessary to establish the youths' BSS system, and the system is feasible.2. The indicators for surveillance youths' dietetic behaviors, study, sleeping, sociality's behavior, amusement behaviors, badness behaviors, and other behaviors etc, is effective. Can be used to discover the phenomenon of youths' behaviors.3. Findings of Logistic stepwise regression analysis indicated that singletons, the culture degree of parents, living in the country or city, in residents or not, the fellow relation, the parenthood, the amount of pin money, physical exercise, etc. can influence the youths' dietetic behaviors, study, sleeping quantity, sociality's behaviors and so on. The behaviors may change by transfer these affect factors.Conclusion: The BSS system need to be consummated through using. The indicator may be added or discarded when the information of surveillance emergence extremeness. To find out the reason of behavior change , the qualitative analysis should be used.
