Using Doctrine To Analyze The Characteristics Of The Acute Phase Of Ischemic Stroke Syndromes,

The theory of Yunqi is the ancient Chinese medicine climatologic theory. this theory explain fluctuation of climate and attack of disease by power or weakness of WuyunLiuqi and their relationships.The theory of Yunqi was established in Han dynasty.Through Tang dynasty ,Song dynasty,Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty for several hundred years,this theory has become the indispensable element of traditional Chinese medicine.Many clinical experts of past dynasties had continuosly been engaged in trails of application to clinical practice guided by this theory and gained many valuable results.This research try to analyze traits about acute symptoms of ischemic stroke by the theory of Yunqi,in order to find rule of these symptoms in relation to Yunqi of Yiyou year.In this research ,I program to calculate Yunqi with database for the first time.The program not only complete this research but also can be used in other clinical researches in relation to Yunqi.113 cases are enquired ,that got ischemic stroke in Yiyou year (Jan 20,2005~Jan 19,2006),including their symptoms,tongue, pulse and Zhen.These enquired indexes are up to 173 in acute period.Yunqi of attack is calculated by database.By analyzing difference of cases count in different Wuyun or Liuqi,it is judged whether Yunqi can influence stroke attack.By analyzing difference of occurrence rates about every index in Wuyun or Liuqi,it is judged whether Yunqi can influence occurrence rate of index.I also compare my results with relative origin of Canon classic in order to show difference between them.As a result,cases count conveal no different significance in Wuyun of Yiyou year or Liuqi of Yiyou year.But I can't deny that Yunqi is related to stroke attack.Most acute symptoms of ischemic stroke in occurrence rate haven't been influenced by yuqi of attack.The rest of indexes have been influenced by Yunqi of attack.In the Wuyun step or Liuqi step of highest occurrence rate,the occurrence machemism is analyzed by Yunqi.Indexes influenced by Yunqi aren't in accordance with description of Canon classic.According to the research,the theory of Yunqi is valuable for understanding difference of symptoms occurrence rates under different climates.With features of respective Yunqi,therapeutic principle of Yunqi is brought forward.
